Originally from Sardinia, Italy, Pam moved to London 10 years ago and she made it her new home. She also discovered her passion for Salsa and Belly Dancing, training for 4 years. In 2010, she qualified as Group Exercise Fitness Instructor. She has been on stage with Zumba before Beyonce’s Chime for Change. Pam became part of the Slice family in 2014 and is now our Studio Manager; You will find her teaching Trampoline Rebounding, Aerobics, Barre, Total Body Workout and Zumba.

Hayley, a South African, moved to London recently with her husband and daughter. At age 18, Hayley discovered Pilates and immediately believed in the concept and has no doubt Pilates helps everyone who commits to it. She holds qualifications with Body Control doing matwork and Reformer training. Hayley's love of Pilates has evolved from an organic passion for sport, movement and the human body. Hayley has a Bachelor degree in Human Life Science which resulted in craving a fulfilling career.

Becki is a professional dancer with experience of contemporary, ballet and commercial dance. She graduated in contemporary dance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire, where she developed her interest in the health and fitness industry. Becki enjoys being able to encourage and help others to achieve their fitness goals and be confident in themselves. Join Becki at Slice for Barre Workout, Floor Barre, Total Body and Rebounding.

Benjamin completed his training at the London Studio Centre in 2009, with a First Class BA Honours Degree in Theatre Dance from the University Of Arts London. Immediately following graduation, he spent almost six full years performing internationally with Michael Clark Company. His film credits include Joe Wright's 'Anna Karenina' (2012) choreographed by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, and Marc Forster's 'World War Zombie' (2013). Ben currently teaches Barre and Ballet Bootcamp at Slice Urban Fitness.

Founder and Creator of VeraFlow™. Naomi trains, supports and empowers dance and fitness professionals in their personal and business development. Her first loves are dance, chocolate and laughter! Her extensive experience working as a group fitness presenter in a number of different countries, including the UK, Italy and South Africa, means Naomi has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and different cultures.

Holly is professional Dancer with a huge passion for all things Sport, Health & Fitness. There is nothing she love more than putting a smile on people's face's through hard core sweating from dancing to the best tunes of all time! Come glow hard or glow home with her in our new Clubbercise Party atmosphere workout!

Lucy was born in Spain and grew up in a combination of Spain, Bali and Australia. She is very passionate about health and fitness, food and nutrition. She loves to inspire others to become a stronger and better version of themselves both physically and mentally. Lucy offers private or group personal training sessions, nutrition consultancy and a range of fitness classes here at Slice.Lucy gets great pleasure seeing her clients tackle their fears and exceed their expectations.

BNC certified nutritionist, author, barre instructor, speaker and wellness warrior, Nesse is also a four-time survivor of an ugly disease, marketing director of a global FTSE 100 business, vegan, salsa dancer, animal lover, part-time mermaid, and full-time eye-roller. Nesse believes that a good sweat is always best with a good giggle. Her barre classes are intense, active, fun and set to the best mix of old school hip hop. Burn, baby burn!

Roxy studied sports & psychology and has been a Personal Trainer & Strength and conditioning coach for the past 10 years. She specialises in Kettlebells having become an IKKF qualified coach 6 years ago.Roxy has worked with many different clients helping them achieve their health, fitness & sport specific goals.

Originally from Italy, Marina is a dancer and a performer. She seized the opportunity to travel around the world until she found out London is the place that made her feel at home straight-away. She is an enthusiastic, creative and highly-qualified studio instructor teaching a wide variety of classes. She is also a personal trainer and GP referral. She welcomes beginners and advanced participants and offers scalable options for all levels.

Silvia Olianas originally from Sardinia (Italy), moved to Milan at the young age of 16 to study at the M.A.S Academy (Music, Art & Show), a highly respected institute for performing arts in Italy. Silvia trained a range of disciplines including hip-hop, house dance, jazz, contemporary and tumbling. She has worked as a dancer at events in Turkey and Ibiza, and as a dance teacher and choreographer at a dance school in Sardinia. At 19, she moved to London, to deepen her passion for fitness training

Shannon Cunningham is a fitness trainer and a lifestyle coach graduated in Human Movement from the University of Sydney (Australia) and has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years, in both elite sports academies and 5-star gyms. Shannon has a bold and inspiring mission – to achieve the best possible health and fitness levels for all of his clients. Join him at Slice for Total Body Workout, Stretch & Core, Spinning or Kettlebells!

India is a qualified PT and Nutritionist and her aim is to provide a first class service that achieves the best results out of her clients. Creating effective personalised exercise sessions that are exciting, sessions include resistance training, HIIT, core and posture training and functional training.

Ade teaches a wide variety of high-energy classes including body balance, body pump, fighting fit, body conditioning and African dance. She also has a keen interest in running and strength training. As a long distance runner, she has won numerous cross country races. She has also run the Flora Marathon, the Virgin London Marathon and the Adidas Half Marathon in Silverstone in 2013.

Lynette is a fully qualified Fitness instructor teaching Spin, RPM, Sculpt and Supple Strength. She has completed various 5ks, 10ks, the Silverstone half marathon and ran the London marathon for Children with Leukaemia. Helping others is something close to her heart. She enjoys encouraging people to push their limits to build their strength safely. Using a variety of music which may make you want to hit the dancefloor, Lynette infuses each class with positivity and an infectious energy!

Simon is a highly motivated and enthusiastic instructor. He has had extensive experience of teaching and presenting fitness classes across the UK for over 10 years. Along with an academic and professional background he is a knowledgeable instructor and able to provide holistic advice and support to people in his classes. Simon's classes are freestyle and the ethos is about having fun, even a sing-a-long (if you feel like it) while actually getting a good workout without necessarily realising it

Originally from Miami, Maria offers a caring, fun-loving and motivating approach towards teaching. A Certified Yoga instructor by the Power Yoga Company, Maria is a proud member of the internationally recognised Yoga Alliance. Maria is also a certified Nutrition and Weight Management Advisor and enjoys helping both adults and children reach their nutritional goals. Maria holds an OCR in Anatomy and Physiology and obtained her E2M in 2008.

Rachel’s love affair with yoga started whilst working in Asia 12 years ago. She initially came to yoga as a way of counterbalancing the stressful hours of a lawyer. As a marathon runner, she was looking for another way to physically challenge herself. She trained in ashtanga vinyasa with YogaLondon under the guidance of Rebecca French and is a regular practitioner with Aram Raffy, Stewart Gilchrist and gets her rocket yoga fix with Jamie Blowers. Rachel is a member of Yoga Alliance UK.
